Policing Academy Public Safety & Community Policing Library

The International Police Academy (UNIPOL) announces the expansion of its Global Division, working with partners in the United States, Canada, and Africa to provide training and membership programs focused on public safety, community policing, and community violence prevention. UNIPOL operates as an educational training institution, offering professional development and interagency learning opportunities. Its programs are educational in nature and do not exercise law enforcement authority. The academy’s training model is guided by recognized professional standards in law enforcement education, including principles promoted by organizations such as the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA).
