GLOBAL PUBLIC SAFETY ACADEMY (UNIPOL)

DIRECTOR & GENERAL ORDERS – SYNOPSIS

The International Police Academy (UNIPOL) operates under the leadership of Archbishop Dr. Carl Robinson, who serves as Director and provides administrative authority, governance, and institutional oversight of the academy.

General Orders:
The General Orders of the International Police Academy (UNIPOL) establish the fundamental rules governing conduct, discipline, identification usage, and operational standards for all members, cadets, and affiliates. These orders define expectations regarding professionalism, chain of authority, compliance with academy policies, and the responsible use of academy credentials and insignia.

All individuals associated with the academy are required to follow these directives, and violations may result in disciplinary action, revocation of credentials, or dismissal. The General Orders exist to preserve institutional integrity, maintain order, and ensure responsible representation of the academy at all times.US Commander Interpol Academy
