
All payments made to the International Police Academy (UNIPOL) for enrollment, tuition, registration, training programs, certifications, identification materials, badges, uniforms, memberships, or related academy services are final and non-refundable. By submitting payment, the applicant, student, or member acknowledges and agrees that:
• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, dismissal, failure to attend, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, relocation, or personal circumstances.
• Fees are immediately applied toward administrative processing, credential production, instructional preparation, and operational costs.
• No chargebacks, reversals, or disputes shall be honored except where required by applicable law. Any fraudulent chargeback attempt may result in administrative dismissal and recovery action.

Badges, credentials, and identification issued by the International Police Academy (UNIPOL) are official academy insignia and remain the property of the Academy at all times.
Recipients must safeguard issued badges and credentials.
• Lost or stolen badges must be reported immediately.
• Replacement badges may be issued only upon administrative approval.
• Replacement badges require payment of additional fees and administrative processing.
• The Academy reserves the right to deny replacement requests in cases of negligence, misuse, or suspected policy violations.

An application is a request for acceptance into the program.

Enrollment occurs after an applicant has been officially accepted and placed on record.

Registration records the participant within the academy system.
